Dowty House, originally built as an orphanage in 1866, but extended in 1957 to a residential care home.

This offers us the great opportunity to refurb the original house into 7 fabulous and unique apartments whilst retaining certain original features and to remove the external extensions in order to build 21 new boutique style apartments, predominantly 2 beds.

The great location of Dowty house is opposite Cheltenham's busy ‘Brewery Quarter’ a lively food, drink and entertainment area and within a stones throw of the main shopping area of the town.

The site has started demolition and construction April 2021 and is due to be completed summer 2023.
